FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of constructing high magnification seismic images of a geologic environment based on multifold coverage technique data. Seismic traces of the common source point obtained from seismic exploration, for each of the source-receiver pairs, when forming seismic images of the environment, are repeatedly transferred to given bin centres on the exploration area. The obtained traces are summed after repeated transfer of observed traces to a network of bin cells formed beforehand on the area. The desired original high magnification seismic image of the geologic environment is formed after summation on the entire exploration area.

EFFECT: high information value of data of seismic environment probing.
