FIELD: geophysics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of geophysics and can be used during seismic survey. Standard survey system should be selected comprising seismic signals sources located at perturbation surface and seismic signals receivers arranged on survey surface, and a magnification of seismic survey should be preset. Select seismic survey bin size for reflecting boundary and a divide reflecting boundary into bins with selected size. Using computer simulation a ray tracing should be performed from each source to each bin on a reflecting boundary and continuation of reflected beam should be carried out from reflecting boundary to observation surface. Using a computer program density of receivers arrangement on survey surface is calculated taking into account calculated density of receivers arrangement on survey surface for selected survey system, which provides specified fold.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement in accuracy and reliability of restoration of geological objects.
