SUBSTANCE: proposed is a toothbrush containing a handle, a head with oral care elements and a neck. The head and the basic element of the handle are made of solid plastic with the handle basic element partially coated with the first soft plastic component while the head includes the second soft plastic component. The neck has a through hole, an elastic "muscle" arranged in one of the parts of the hole boundary wall.

EFFECT: invention ensures a high decree of the neck bend controllability in the required axial positions.
