FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning liquefied hydrocarbon gases of carbon dioxide. Liquefied hydrocarbon gas is fed to extractor bottom. Solvent is fed to extractor top. Raffinate solution from extractor top is fed into decanter for liquefied gas discharged from decanter top while settled solvent is discharged from decanter bottom and directed into expander. Extract solution from extractor bottom flows into expander at throttled pressure. Gas-free extract solution flows via recuperative heat exchanger to regenerator top. Regenerated solvent is bled from regenerator top and directed via recuperative heat exchanger to extractor top. Carbon dioxide is bled from regenerator top. Heat is removed in extractor by means of heaters while degassing gases are fed from expander by injector back into extractor.
EFFECT: preserved fuel value and high purity of liquefied hydrocarbon gas, intensified operation of separator.
