FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: module based on 0.5-3 W LEDs is designed to have a bearing foundation made of a heat-conductive material, with a curved cross section profile, forming a hollow element with at least two extensive active faces joined to the foundation in thermal contact. Positioned on the faces are printed boards with LEDs or individual LEDs with white luminance or coloured irradiation. The said faces are divided with a longitudinal slot ensuring their thermal insulation from each other within the LEDs installation zone close to the edge of each face.

EFFECT: improvement of lighting technical and thermophysical parameters, improved space-efficiency of the luminous body and reduced glare.
