FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heavy-duty light-emitting diode (LED) lamps with volume LED module and forced air cooling using electric fan. Lamp comprises light-transmitting bulb with volumetric LED-module from heat-conducting material with LEDs power of 0.5-3 W, made with air duct longitudinal channel, connected at one end through axial hole in lamp bulb with surrounding space, and on opposite end coupled with axial electrically driven blower, which is axially installed in hollow housing with slits for air passage. Air duct of volume LED-module may be made with cylindrical or conical inner walls with longitudinal cooling fins, increasing heat exchange surface with air flow. Air duct of volume LED-module may be made in form of subsonic flow nozzle of cooling air flow, which inlet is connected to electric fan casing, and outlet hole is tightly connected with axial bore of lamp bulb. In hollow body of lamp compartment to supply mains converter and/or light control devices can be made with possibility of connection of current lead devices together with LCD-module to standard base and air flow cooling.
EFFECT: high efficiency of cooling simultaneously with reduction of dimensions and improvement of lighting parameters of lamp.
