FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method for production of a functional instant food product envisages grains washing and removal of inorganic impurities therefrom, grains drying till inner moisture content is 12-17%, thermal treatment of grains portions involving heating inside the working chamber volume squeezed between two heated surfaces and the cup till pressure is 30.5 - 33.5 g/cm2, maintenance during 9-10 for the grains inner moisture evaporation, a sharp increase of the working chamber volume and depressurisation to provide for grains vapour explosion across the whole mass, a grain slice formation and subsequent grain slice crushing as well as introduction of additives in an amount of 4:1 - 5:1, where 4 and 5 -is the quantity of the cereal product represented by dried and ground or crushed particles of food products of vegetal origin, mixing and portion packaging.
EFFECT: invention enables production of a food product enabling suppression of free radical activity, invasive detoxication of the human organism, optimisation of neurogenous vascular control and recovery of male and female reproductive functions.
