FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to grain-based dietary, prophylactic and functional products. The product represents a mixture to be poured with a liquid for consumption and contains dried grains of wheat, oat, linseeds, holy thistle seeds, cedar nuts and the following ingredients in the form of chapped particles: pomegranate kernels and maize grains, peas, grape seeds, pumpkin seeds, rosehips, haw berries and walnut kernels. The wheat is represented by durum wheat grains having undergone thermal treatment by vapour explosion method; oat is used in the form of oatmeal. The mixture components are at the following ratio, g/100 g of the ready dry product: durum wheat grains - 55.9-56.5, oatmeal - 7.9-8.5, peas - 7.9-8.5, maize grains -4.0-4.5, linseeds - 4.0-4.5, holy thistle seeds - 4.0-4.5, cedar nuts - 1.9-2.11, pomegranate kernels - 1.9-2.11, haw berries - 1.9-2.11, pumpkin seeds - 1.9-2.11, rosehips - 1.9-2.11, walnut kernels - 1.9-2.11, grape seeds - 1.9-2.11.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a product for active longevity enhancement.
