FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Core prosthesis contains sectors, including front sector and back sector, and at least connector, which connects said sectors, and has open position and closed position. In open position sectors are placed along connectors in form of succession, on one end of which front sector of its succession is placed, and on other end back sector is placed. In closed position sectors are placed with formation of disk shape, and front and back sectors are in fact brought together. Each sector has internal back surface, internal front surface and external surface. In closed position internal back surface of sector in fact adjoins internal front surface of adjacent sector. Connector of sectors contains at least one hinge, which connects sectors with ensuring their free turning, and additionally contains at least one flexible connector, which passes along openings and/or slots through at least external surfaces of sectors.

EFFECT: invention ensures possibility of supporting some mobility of vertebras immediately above and under disk space.
