SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device for repairing an intervertebral disc located between a pair of vertebrae, comprising an anchoring element suitable for insertion and attachment in one of the vertebrae adjacent to the intervertebral disc; and a prosthesis attachable in a secure connecting position to the anchoring element and intended for retaining or replacing the nucleus pulp in the interior space of the outer annulus of the intervertebral disc. Anchoring element is designed to support and arrange prosthesis in the said connecting position in such a way, so that the prosthesis is oriented in the through-hole direction in the outer annulus. Prosthesis comprises at least one active part adapted to assume and maintain the first placement shape enabling the insertion and passage of the said active part through hole in the outer annulus during its installation in the interior space of the outer annulus, and at least one second operative shape providing for at least partial occluding of the hole in the outer annulus and/or replacing at least a portion of the nucleus pulp after the active part assumes the placement position in the interior space of the outer annulus.

EFFECT: invention provides correction of intervertebral disc rupture with the ability to adapt to changes that the intervertebral space may experience, for example, due to decrease in the intervertebral space caused by degenerative changes, in particular, by spondylitis.
