SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Fixing device for fixation of vertebral implant in, at least, one vertebra contains case, which has shape elongated along longitudinal axis, passing between penetrating end and support end. Case is made rigid and has curved shape, describing along said longitudinal axis arc, whose size and curvature radius are made corresponding to shape, dimensions and orientation, of, at least, one hole, located on vertebral implant and crossing, at least, part of it in such a way that fixing device is made with possibility of implantation into vertebra surface without deformation independent on its curvature by insertion from peripheral part of vertebral implant through said, at least, one hole with penetrating end of fixing device, penetrating into, at least, one surface of vertebra with holding support end of fixing device in said, at least, one hole and fixation of vertebral implant by it on the surface of said vertebra due to presence of, at least, one limiting element of support end, holding vertebral implant opposite vertebra surface by conjugation with, at least, one surface of vertebral implant. Intersomatic which forms cavity, intended for reception of bone tissue transplant or substitute. Said peripheral wall contains, at least, one hole, which crosses, at least, part of cage and whose shape, dimensions and orientation correspond to dimensions and curvature of said fixing device. Said, at least, one hole provides possibility of passing of said rigid fixing device through it without deformation independent on its curvature for orientation of fixing device from peripheral part of cage towards the surface of one of vertebrae, between which cage is to be implanted. Prosthesis for intervertebral disc contains fixing device and, at least, first plate and second plate, which are hingedly connected to each other by means of, at least, one curved surface. At least, one of said plates includes, at least, one hole, which crosses, at least, part of said plate and whose shape, dimensions and orientation correspond to dimensions and curvature radius of said fixing device. Said, at least, one hole provides possibility of passing of said rigid fixing device through it without deformation independent on its curvature for orientation of fixing device from peripheral part of prosthesis towards the surface of one of vertebrae, between which prosthesis is to be implanted. Instrument for implantation and fixation of vertebral implant between two adjacent vertebrae includes, first, at least, one fixing device, second, at least, one impactor with head, whose shape and dimensions are designed for providing pressure on fixing device and, third, at least, one guide, which has shape, elongated along longitudinal axis, passing between first end, called grip end of cage or prosthesis, and second end, called pushing end. Fixing device represents said fixing device, grip end contains, at least, one grip means, intended for conjunction with connecting device for connection of vertebral implant, and guide contains head. Shape and dimensions of head are designed for, at least, partial placement of impactor head in it. Head includes, at least, one guide surface, which has curvature radius, in fact identical to curvature radius of said rigid fixing device for its direction through said, at least, one hole in vertebral implant. Grip device and said, at least, one guide surface are made for introduction of fixing device through said, at least, one hole from peripheral part of vertebral implant into surface of one of vertebrae, between which vertebral implant is to be implanted in such a way that, at least, one limiting element of fixing device adjoins vertebral implant and provides possibility of its holding opposite vertebra surface.

EFFECT: inventions ensure stable position of intervertebral prostheses or intersomatic cages in disc space after their implantation into it, at least, to graft fusion with any of cage sides and fusion with vertebrae in case of intersomatic cages, and in this case not more space is required on the edges of intervertebral space, than it is necessary for implantation of implant itself.
