FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas-fluid separators to be used for separation of associated gas of oil (or condensate) for preparation of oil for transfer over main line. Proposed separator comprises casing composed of straight-flow linear vertical pipeline. One end of said pipeline is connected with gas-fluid mix feed horizontal pipeline while its opposite end is connected with separated gas discharge pipeline. Gas-fluid swirler is arranged inside said casing composed of sheet metal coiled in cylinder. Vanes are cut at cylinder side surface to develop torque. Note here that said cylinder is off set relative to said casing and has blind bottom end. Opposite end is furnished with fluid baffle composed of cutting concentric ring. Besides, said casing is divided by partition covering casing flow section into gas and fluid discharge sections. Fluid seal is welded to said partition for discharge purposes. Note here that cylinder lower end is located in fluid discharge section.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation, decreased weight and overall dimensions.
