SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of structural materials and specifically to compositions of crude mixtures for producing heat-insulating structural materials. The crude mixture for producing heat-insulating structural materials contains clay, waste paper, sawdust, crushed fibre glass, pegmatite, granite screenings and crushed scrap sheet glass, with the following ratio of components, wt %: clay - 77.1-78.9; waste paper- 0.1-0.2; sawdust - 0.1-0.2; crushed fibre glass - 0.6-0.8; pegmatite - 6.0-8.0; granite screenings - 6.0-8.0; crushed scrap sheet glass - 6.0-8.0.
