SUBSTANCE: vortex nozzle comprises a vessel with an auger, coaxially installed in the lower part of the body, and a socket piece arranged in the upper part of the vessel with a cylindrical hole for liquid supply connected with a diffuser, which is axisymmetric to the vessel and the socket piece, the auger is pressed into the vessel to form a conical chamber arranged above the auger, in alignment with the diffuser, and connected to it in series, besides, the auger is made as solid, and the outer surface of the auger represents at least a single-stage helical groove with the right or left thread. The end surface of the auger either matches with the end surface of the lower part of the vessel or protrudes beyond the end surface of the lower part of the vessel. The nozzle auger is made up of solid materials: tungsten carbide, ruby or sapphire.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of spraying and simplified design.
