FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: pneumatic vortex nozzle comprises a body, where an auger is pressed, elements for liquid and air supply, the body comprises two coaxial cylindrical bushings joined to each other: a bushing of larger diameter and a bushing of smaller diameter, and inside the bushing of smaller diameter, coaxially with it, there is an auger rigidly connected with its internal surface, for instance, pressed in it, besides, the outer surface of the auger represents a helical groove with the right or left thread. At the same time between the inner surface of the bushing of smaller diameter and the outer surface of the auger there is a helical outer cavity connected by means of a tube with a source of compressed air, and inside the auger there is a hole with the left or right helical thread, connected with the tube for supply of the liquid under pressure, at the same time direction of the helical thread of the hole inside the auger may be opposite to the direction of the outer helical groove of the auger, and in the bushing of larger diameter, coaxially to it, there is a shaped bushing, the inner surface of which is formed with conical and cylindrical surfaces and which is rigidly fixed in the bushing of larger diameter, for instance, by means of a threaded joint, via a sealing gasket to form a cylindrical chamber, which serves as a damper reservoir for even supply of compressed air into the helical outer cavity, besides, in the cylindrical cavity of the shaped bushing there is a free end of the tube for supply of liquid, placed in the coaxial elastic ring, which serves to damp hydraulic shocks in case of uneven supply of the liquid.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of liquid spraying.
