FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the technology for production of food products for space alimentation. The method envisages recipe components pre-processing, fruit and/or berry puree preparation, semolina scalding with drinking water at a weight ratio equal to nearly 1:6, fruit and/or berry puree and salt addition, conditioning till boiling, homogenisation, milled fried nut kernels addition, maintenance at a temperature of 75-80°C during 5-7 minutes, sublimation drying, milling, sieving, mixing with sugar powder, packing under vacuum into bags of thermosealing combined material and sealing.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a new dessert fit for space alimentation.
