FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly to production of turbine blades from nickel refractory alloys. This device comprises ceramic mould with seed cavity with monocrystalline seed, conical starting cavity connected with mould cavity that form the casting made at the angle to crystallisation of casting, sprue holes and shear drag arranged in direction of crystallisation. Ceramic mould has common starting cavity communicated with seed cavity, extra starting cavities and extra mould cavities that form the casting. Mould cavities are arranged in parallel with mould vertical axis inclination to direction of crystallisation of 25-65 degrees. Every conical starting cavity communicates with common starting cavity while mould cavity communicates via sprue hole with at least mould shear drag. Common starting cavity is located in crystallisation direction.
EFFECT: higher process efficiency, lower material input, sufficient yield.
