FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to self-contained unmanned submarine glides for survey of water areas. Underwater glider allows self-regulation of the angle of attack of the wing subject to speed and direction of incident flow without using of additional power resources. Self-regulation system comprises mount of outer wing on axle extending beyond wing pressure line, limiters of outer wing turn arranged at or inside glider airframe and elastic elements coupled therewith.
EFFECT: wing angle of attack changed subject to change of magnitude and direction of aerodynamic force, glider motion direction always aligned with airframe mirror axis, that is, minimised gliding angle and drag factor, reduced noise, better self-contained performances, higher payload.
