FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding, namely to autonomous uninhabited underwater self-propelled vehicles (floater-gliders) for the study of water areas. Underwater floater-glider includes a buoyancy control system consisting of ballast tanks, distribution solenoid valves, hydraulic pumps of working fluid located in the sturdy housing of the underwater floater-glider, elastomeric tanks located in the permeable part of the underwater floater-glider. Buoyancy control system is divided into two independently operating execution paths arranged symmetrically with respect to the diametral plane of the underwater floater-glider. Elastomeric containers are made with a variable volume for carrying out the displacement of the point of application of the resultant force of excessive buoyancy relative to the diametral plane, with the possibility of heeling and, accordingly, maneuvering the underwater floater-glider at the rate.
EFFECT: increased reliability and survivability of the floater-glider is achieved.
