FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of bent glass to be used as protective glasses for aircraft onboard navigation lights. Proposed device comprises shaped convex mould 2 and hollow female die 3 with forming surface in contact with the edge of glass outline 4 equidistant to mould surface in the area of glass bending allowance. Besides, proposed device comprises guide bushes 5 fitted in symmetry at female die outer surface to displace in guide props 6. Bending mechanism is composed of a frame fitted at bushes and coupled with drive 8 by safety coupling via gear wheel 9 and reduction gear 10.

EFFECT: reduced amount of rejections.
