Also, the invention refers to pharmaceutical compositions based on the compound of formula (I), and to a method of decreasing uncontrolled protein aggregation in the nervous system involving administering the pharmaceutical preparation containing an effective amount of the compound of formula (I) to a patient.

EFFECT: new derived 2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-pyrido[4,3-b]indole hydrochlorides effective for decreasing uncontrolled protein aggregation in the nervous system are produced.
