SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 6,7-modified paclitaxels of the formula (I) where R¹ is R^z where R² means RO or R; R² - radical of the formula W-R^x where W - a bond, C_2-6-alkenediyl or -(CH₂)_t; t = 1-6; R^x - phenyl, furyl, thienyl or oxazolyl; R³ means -OCOR, -OR, OSO₂R, -OCOO-(CH₂)_tR or -OCOOR; R^b and R^c taken together form a bond with carbon atoms to which they are bound; R and R^o - alkyl, alkenyl, C_3-6-cycloalkyl or phenyl possibly substituted with 1-3 alkyls or halogen atoms.
