FIELD: furnaces.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a reverberatory furnace for aluminum scrap remelting. Furnace comprises body formed by side, front and rear end walls, limited by the hearth and walls storage bath, and inclined platform, crown wall, two exhaust tap holes and gas flue. Body is placed on the welded frame, filled with concrete with diatomite crumb filler. Inclined platform are storage bath are laid out from the corundum blocks KS-95, laid on the three layers of asbestos board, and have lining made of diatomite crumb mixed with crushed asbestos crumb. Furnace has large lower and upper crown walls located one above the other with the formation of gap between them for the gas flue. Furnace upper large crown wall has a double layer of refractory heat-insulating mullite-siliceous felt MKRV-200, and placed on top of it the refractory heat-insulating mats layer. In the furnace, three injection burners are fused into one row, wherein each of the three burners comprises the cast flame-stabilizing tunnel, refractory pulp, combined with the common welded gas distribution chamber mixers, in each mixer four nozzles are drilled at an angle of 25° to their axes. Furnace has two swivel chutes for pouring metal into the filling equipment located in the service sector with an angle of 150°, and economizer built-in into the gas-outlet chamber. Furnace is configured to operate on natural and artificial draft with the installation of the dust and gas purification in the fluidized bed, equipped with 20 cartridge filters.
EFFECT: enabling the furnace high efficiency, reducing of heat and metal loss losses, and possibility of the aluminum scrap environmentally friendly remelting.
