MECHANISED CAR PARKING Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC E04H6/32

Abstract RU 2490409 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: mechanised car parking is made in the form of separate mutually interconnected modules for storage of cars, every of which comprises a base, two side panels, a roof, a trolley with wheels and a drive, and also with a load platform and coupling devices, besides, the base is equipped with rails rigidly installed on this base into two rows parallel to each other, and trolleys are made as capable of movement in them, at the same time the base rails are made as coupled with base rails of adjacent modules for storage of cars, creating a rail track, besides, each of side panels with its one side is rigidly connected to one of the base sides, and with the other one, the opposite side, with the roof, besides, the parking is equipped with a power supply device, and modules for storage of cars are rigidly connected between each other by free and appropriate sides of bases, side panels and roofs, creating a serial connection of these modules for storage of cars, in which the last module for car storage is attached to the first module for car storage, creating a closed chain of separate mutually interconnected modules for car storage with a closed rail track, at the same time each trolley of modules for car storage comprises an outer frame and an inner frame with axes, and also main axes, a crosspiece, rollers, hinged joints and fixation devices. Besides, on one of ends of each outer and inner frames there are axes with wheels, and on the other free end of the outer frame there are hinged joints mutually interconnected with a load platform, at the same time on the other free end of the inner frame there are rollers installed, made as coupled with the lower part of the load platform. Besides, the outer and inner frames are made as coupled and hingedly mutually interconnected between each other by means of main axes, at the same time on the outer frame there is a crosspiece, and on its axis there is a coupling device, besides, on the axis of the inner frame there is an additional coupling device and a drive mutually interconnected also with the inner frame. At the same time one of car storage modules comprises movable supports with additional axes and additional rollers, power devices, devices for return of a movable support and a protective box, and its roof is made with a special opening and coupled with the load platforms, and rails, in the middle of the car storage module, are made with cuts, besides, each cut is made as coupled with the movable support, and each additional roller is installed at the end of the additional axis, rigidly fixed with its free end on the movable support, at the same time the additional roller is made as coupled with the outer and inner frames. Besides, each movable support is mutually interconnected with a power device and a device of movable support return.

EFFECT: increased reliability and quality of car storage, improved efficient usage of entire allocated area for car storage, reduced material costs.
