SUBSTANCE: mechanized modular garage is made in the form of separate interconnected car storage modules, each of which contains a base, two side panels and a roof, and also contains a cart, the base being provided with rails adjoined to the rails of the bases of adjacent car storage modules and forms the main rail way. The car storage modules are rigidly connected to each other by free and corresponding sides of the bases, the side panels and the roofs, forming the serial connection of these car storage modules, in which the last car storage module is connected to the first car storage module, thereby forming a closed chain of separate interconnected car storage modules with the closed main rail way. Each module cart is equipped with the motion drive and the cargo platform. The mechanized modular garage is also equipped with an additional module with a lifting mechanism. The mechanized modular garage is located above a roadway or a street on vertical supports.

EFFECT: ensuring the safety of car storage, providing more economical, efficient and convenient use of a mechanized modular garage, reducing the cost of the mechanized modular garage construction and reducing the construction time of a mechanized modular garage.
