FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: mechanised modular garage, made in the form of separate interconnected modules for storage of cars, each comprising a base, two side panels, a roof, besides, the base is equipped with rails installed in parallel to each other on the base as capable of transmitting electric energy, rails of the base are made as coupled with rails of bases of adjacent modules, creating the main rail track, each of side panels, with its one side, is rigidly connected with one of the base sides, and by the other opposite side - with the roof, and modules are stiffly connected to each other by free and appropriate sides of the bases, side panels and roofs, forming a serial connection of these modules, when the last module is connected to the first module, creating a closed circuit of separate interconnected modules for storage of cars with a closed main rail track. The garage is equipped with a carriage of modules with a drive for displacement of this module carriage, the module carriage comprises a cargo platform, besides, the garage is equipped with cargo trays, limiting stops and additional rails, and the module carriage comprises a mechanism to lift the module carriage, an outer frame and an inner frame with axes, and also main axes, rollers and hinged joints, besides, on one of the ends of each external and internal frames there are axes installed with wheels and stop plates, at the same time the wheels are installed as capable of rotation, and on the other free end of the external frame there are hinged joints installed, which are interconnected with the cargo platform, besides, on the other free end of the internal frame there are rollers installed, made as coupled with the lower part of the cargo platform, at the same time the external and internal frames are made as coupled and hingedly interconnected to each other by means of main axes, besides, on the axis of the external frame a coupling device is installed as capable of rotation, and on the axis of the internal frame there is an additional coupling device installed as capable of rotation with a drive of module carriage displacement, at the same time the mechanism of lifting of the module carriage is rigidly connected to the drive of displacement of the module carriage and with the coupling device, besides, each module is equipped in its upper part with two end walls and end bottom with a central cut. Side panels of each module are equipped with vertical spars made as coupled with them along their entire height, and also vertical spars are equipped with controlled stops. Side panels of each module for storage of cars with two end walls and end bottom with a central cut coupled by its all sides accordingly with the specified two side panels and two end walls, create a room closed from all sides for storage of cars with an entrance via the central cut of the end bottom. Controlled stops are installed on vertical spars in place of their connection with the end bottom, and each of these side panels with vertical spars and the central cut of the end bottom are made as coupled with the cargo tray, at the same time the cargo tray is made as capable of its fixation, in the horizontal position controlled by stops. The module carriage with a car installed on the cargo tray coupled with the cargo platform of this module carriage is made as capable of movement along the entire rail track of the whole garage. Additional rails installed on the additional base create a side rail track for entrance or exit of the module carriage into the mechanised modular garage with a car installed on it, besides, these additional rails of the side rail track are made as coupled with the rails of the main rail track.
EFFECT: invention provides for safe storage of cars, provision of more efficient, effective and convenient usage of a mechanised garage.
