FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to mechanized modular garages. Mechanized modular garage is made in the form of separate interconnected modules for storage of vehicles, each module of which contains base, side panels, roof, truck with cargo platform for storage of vehicle, wherein base is equipped with rails, and trolley is configured to move along rails, wherein the last vehicle storage module is connected to the first vehicle storage module, forming a series and closed circuit of separate interconnected storage modules, wherein each vertical support of mechanized modular garage is rigidly connected to its base, and other end is rigidly connected to road bed, at that, the mechanized modular garage is equipped with a tractor with wheels, a drive and with a coupling device. Tractor wheels are made conjugated with lower rails of each module, forming a series and closed track, and the tractor is configured to interface, by means of its coupling device, with each module trolley.

EFFECT: simplified design of mechanized garage modules with provision of more economical, efficient and convenient use of mechanized modular garage due to exclusion of each module with its drive, reduced cost of construction of mechanized modular garage.
