SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely, to structures of mechanised garages, parking lots. The mechanised modular garage is made in the form of separate interconnected modules for storage of cars, each module of which comprises a base, side panels, a roof, a trolley of special design installed on rails, besides, modules for storage of cars are rigidly connected to each other by free and appropriate sides of the bases, side panels and roofs, forming serial connection of these modules for storage of cars, in which the last module for storage of cars is connected to the first module for storage of cars, at the same time rails are rigidly installed on the base in two rows, with the capability to transfer power and are parallel to each other, they are also coupled with rails of adjacent modules, forming a closed rail track, besides, the drive of each trolley is installed on the trolley itself, besides, it is equipped with connection modules, and also with special modules each comprising a special rail track and a switch, besides, each special rail track is interconnected with the closed rail track by means of the switch, besides, the special base, side walls and special roof of the special module with their end free sides is coupled with the special opening in the side panel of one of modules of the modular garage, and by other end opposite sides are rigidly connected to the end wall equipped with an additional special opening for acceptance and release of cars, at the same time it is possible to accept and release cars via the upper opening of the special roof of the special module, besides, the base of each separate interconnected module is equipped with additional rails, symmetrically arranged relative to other rails of this base and coupled with additional rails of adjacent modules of separate interconnected modules, creating a closed additional rail track, equipped with switches, besides, this closed rail track is interconnected with the additional rail track by means of these switches, besides, the connection module comprises a modular base with rigidly installed additional rails with the possibility of their coupling with other rails of the other mechanised modular garage, at the same time each connection module is made as capable of its coupling with the module of the other mechanised modular garage.
