FIELD: motor industry.
SUBSTANCE: brake pad comprises a plate, which carries a friction pad, with which a spring is connected, made as capable of displacement in direction of pressing relative to it, and the spring fixes a pad, and to which electric indication is connected for limit wear with a sensor installed at the side of the edge. The sensor in the mounted position of the brake pad is fixed for protection against loss with a spring that fixes the pad, pressed with the help of a pad yoke. The distance of the mounted spring that fixes the pad to the plate that carries the pad, with the removed yoke, and thus unloaded or to a large extent unloaded of the position of the spring that fixes the pad, in the area of the sensor is equal in value or more than the coupled size of sensor height.
EFFECT: simplified manufacturing and assembly of a brake pad.
