FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning solid surfaces of organic contaminants and may be used for cleaning of booster-type gas-transfer stations intended for cleaning the natural gas of mechanical impurities in pipeline transportation. Proposed method comprises preparing water solution of preset-concentration cleanser and spray washing of separator inner surface by said solution. Prior to spray washing separator inner surface is subjected to steaming for 10-12 hours, water being heated to 60-80°C. Said spray washing is performed by cycling of cleanser solution for 1-1.5 hours and discharging used cleanser from separator. Said cleanser contains sodium sulfate in amount of 15-16%, unsulfonated hydrocarbons in amount of 2-3%, sodium alkyl benzene sulfonates making the rest (up to 100%). Cleanser concentration in said solution makes 0.2-0.5%. After spray washing, high-pressure nozzle is used for fluid cleaning at 17-25 MPa and water temperature of 5-20°C. Now, final washing is performed with water. Proposed device comprises water tank, cleanser tank and mixer with inlet and outlet pumps.

EFFECT: higher quality of cleaning.
