FIELD: treatment plant.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning separators of gas transfer stations from contamination. Method involves mixing water and cleaning agent, circulation washing of separator with mixture with subsequent spray washing of separator under pressure and final flushing. For circulation washing, a water-based emulsion is used, containing 2-3 % cleaning agent with he ratio of components (wt%): sodium salts of aminomethylene phosphonic acid - 5-15, inhibitor of paraffin deposits - 12-36, 2.6-di-tertbutyl-4-methylphenol - 8-16, isopropyl alcohol - balance. Jet washing and final washing at a positive temperature of ambient air is carried out with water, at a negative temperature - with aqueous solution of isopropyl alcohol with content of latter of 10-25 %, and content of isopropyl alcohol in emulsion is increased to 10-25 %. Device includes a high-pressure apparatus, a separator installed after supply container for emulsion, and is connected with it through outlet pump and drain hatch. Apparatus also comprises a container for aqueous alcohol coupled with a separator, and a dispersant, output of which is connected to supply container of emulsion and input - with container for alcohol and water tank.

EFFECT: technical result is improving quality of cleaning separators.
