FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cement composition and can be used in mortar and concrete based on said composition. The biocidal portland cement contains portland cement clinker, gypsum dihydrate and a mineral additive in form of sodium fluoride and quartz sand with grain size of 160-320 mcm, with the following ratio of components, wt %: portland cement clinker 86.58-94.12, gypsum dihydrate 2.82-6.93, sodium fluoride 2.12-3.90, said quartz sand - the balance.

EFFECT: reduced water gain of the biocidal portland cement.
