FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a biocidal portland cement composition and can be used in mortar and concrete based on said composition. The biocidal portland cement contains portland cement clinker, gypsum dihydrate and a mineral additive in form of sodium sulphate, water lime and quartz sand with grain size of 160-320 mcm, with the following ratio of components, wt %: portland cement clinker 86.72-91.10, gypsum dihydrate 4.55-6.07, sodium sulphate 3.42-4.55, water lime 0.02-0.06, said quartz sand - the balance.

EFFECT: high strength of the biocidal portland cement.
