SUBSTANCE: polycarbonate contains from 50 to 1210 ppm structures, expressed by formulas (II)-(V), presented in formula of invention, as well as from 0.1 to 1.2 wt % cyclic oligomers of formula: 
, where n - 2- 6, z represents the residue of formula: 
, where R1 and R2 independently on each other represent hydrogen atoms or C1-C8-alkyl, and X represents simple bond, C1-C6-alkylene, C2-C5-alkylidene or C5-C6-cycloalkylidene, which can contain alkyl substitute with number of hydrogen atoms in alkyl from 1 to 6.
EFFECT: claimed invention relates to polycarbonate, which has improved rheological and electrical properties.
