SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel additives, in particular to purifying additives, as well as to fuel which include them. Described are: purifying fuel additive, which contains nitrogen-containing organic substances, solvent and ferrocene and additionally containing dimethyl formamide, condensed heterocyclic compounds based on benzotriazole or its salts and nitrogen- and oxygen-containing organic substances, as solvents used are aromatic hydrocarbon solvent and aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent with initial boiling point not lower than 90°C and final boiling point not higher than 260°C; and fuel for internal combustion engines, which contains said purifying additive in amount from 1·10-4 to 30 vol. %.
EFFECT: increased efficiency indices, increased service term, extension of application field.
