FIELD: liquid fuels. SUBSTANCE: additive contains 20 to 60% of C₁₂-C₁₈- carboxylic acids, 10-40% of low-molecular amines with general formula R¹N(R²)_n, wherein R¹ is hydrogen, methyl, or ethyl, and R² methyl, ethyl, C₃H₇ or C₄H₉, and water-soluble liquid nitrogen- and/or oxygen-containing substances with molecular weight from 46 to 500 (up to 100%). Concentration of additive in fuel should be 1.5 to 20 vol %. Additive not only is capable of efficiently reducing deposits in fuel system but also on the surface of parts within intracylinder space including the surface of piston ring.
