SUBSTANCE: device can capture one or more 2D images, where the 2D image is representative of a tangible object from a perspective defined by orientation of the device. Furthermore, the device may include a content aggregator that can construct a 3D image from two or more 2D images collected by the device, in which the construction is based at least in part on aligning each corresponding perspective associated with each 2D image.
EFFECT: easier capturing of a portion of 2D data for implementation within a 3D virtual environment.
