FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device to fix a blanket module on a vacuum vessel of a thermonuclear reactor comprises an elastic hollow support with flanges, with one of which the support is connected with the vacuum vessel, and with the other flange it is connected with the module by means of a shift compensator and a bolt, with the head installed inside the hollow support, and with the rod part of the shift compensator stretching via the hole and connected by the thread with the fastening hole of the module. The shift compensator comprises a bushing with the spherical external surface, which is fixed by means of thread on the flange of the support facing the module, a bushing with a response spherical inner surface, and a washer arranged with inner thread. The fastening hole of the module is made with a conical slot, which is coupled with the spherical ledge of the washer. Between the head of the bolt and the flange of the support facing the module there is a spherical washer, and the inner surface of the bolt head contacting with the washer has a spherical shape.
EFFECT: simplified assembly due to elimination of additional mechanical operations and self-compensation of angular and shit movements arising in process of module assembly as a result of errors in making of a vacuum chamber, using the proposed device.
