FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for mounting a blanket module on a vacuum case of a thermonuclear reactor. Said device contains a flexible support made in the form of rods installed between two flanges, an offset compensator and a fastening threaded element made in the form of a lock nut with an external thread. Said offset compensator is mounted on the flange of the flexible support facing the module and made with a spherical concave surface, fixedly connected to the blanket module and contains an adapter nut and a support sleeve, which are pivotally interconnected, an intermediate sleeve and a connecting sleeve with a spherical protrusion. Said intermediate sleeve is movably connected with an interlocking nut and is made with spherical convex and concave surfaces that form a hinged connection with the flange of the support and the spherical protrusion of the connecting sleeve, respectively. Said coupling sleeve is fixedly connected to the stop surface of the lock nut.
EFFECT: increase in the permissible value of the tightening force of the threaded joint of the flexible support and module, which increases the load capacity of the device, eliminating the possibility of threaded joint loosening due to self-locking and ensuring self-compensation of angular and axial displacements that occur when the module is mounted on a vacuum case.
