SUBSTANCE: group of invention refers to medicine and biochemistry, and concerns a composition for stabilising protein agents in pharmaceutical preparations. The composition contains no human serum albumin and contains a surfactant (a non-ionic detergent), and a mixture of two amino acids representing aspartic acid (Asp) and asparagine (Asn), and wherein the concentration of separate amino acids makes 50 mM. The pharmaceutical composition is also presented.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides lyophilisation and storage stability of proteins in the composition.
