SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixers and can be used in food and pharmaceutical industries. Mixer 1 is intended for mixing one or more fluids 2 and, if required, of one or more solids 3. Mixer 1 comprise container 4 with one or more filler openings 5 and discharge opening 6 made at container bottom. Mixing assy 8 comprises rotor 9, inlet 19 and outlet 11. Besides, mixing assy 8 comprises valve device 12 with body 13, inlet 14 communicated with assy outlet, first outlet 14 communicated with container outlet and second outlet 15 communicated with container inlet. Connection 20 may be arranged between valve device first outlet 15 and at least one of container filler openings.
EFFECT: medium circulation simultaneous with medium discharge.
