FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to structural component from composite material reinforced by fibers for aerospace engineering, moulding core for production of said component, and to moulding core for production of said component. First, spiral moulding core is made. For this, note here that hollow profile is made from wound wire with shape fitting that of moulding core and provided with outer coat to smooth ribbing and lock wire. Note here that said outer coat represents fragile plastic mixed with filler, epoxy resin wit filler, or material similar to light paste sealer. Then, billet reinforced by fibers is laid on moulding core to shape section as required. Now, section being formed is subjected to heat and/or pressure to produce finally aforesaid structural component.
EFFECT: decreased weight.
