FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocketry, particularly, to production of transport-launch containers from composites based on fibrous reinforcing materials and polymer binders. Proposed method comprises coiling of inner structural layer to form mid structural layer thereat, winding of end face and/or mid frames flush with said mid layer and winding of outer structural layer at reinforcing material tension smaller than that of inner structural layer winding. Mid structural layer is composed of lengthwise multiwall sections with closed cross-section of ring profile by pulltrusion of composite materials. In both methods intrusion in container structure is ruled out by applying pre-preparation of sections to produce container integral with temporary disposable ring ends similar in shape and structure to be removed in machining of finished container.

EFFECT: expanded process performances, higher quality of finished articles.
