SUBSTANCE: ingredients composition for a balsam, for preparation of 100 dhal whereof one uses the following ingredients: 1500-1505 l of a water-alcohol infusion of fruit-and-berry vegetal raw material of the 1st and the 2nd draining, 500-505 l of a water-alcohol infusion of spicy-and-flavouring vegetal raw material of the 1st and the 2nd draining (the above two infusions produced by way of seven- and five-days-long extraction of raw material, dried and milled into 1-3 mm particles, in a water-alcohol mixture with 70-71% and 50-51% vol. proof), 500-505 l of a water-alcohol infusion of black currants of the 1st and the 2nd draining (produced by way of ten- and seven-days-long extraction of raw material in a water-alcohol mixture with 70-71% and 50-51% vol. proof), 250-255 l of a honey component (produced by way of dissolution of 120-125 kg of natural bee honey in 130-135 l of rectified drinking water heated to 30-35°C), 250-255 l of sugar syrup, 1000-1005 l of a colorant, ethanol and rectified drinking water - balance, for 45% vol proof.
EFFECT: invention improves the balsam organoleptic indicators due to ensuring a full, slightly bitter taste with a black currant presence, complex and spicy, with balsam aroma tones and causing no hangover syndrome after consumption.
