SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a high boot of a rescuer working under vibration loads, containing a bootleg and a vibration-proof sole with a sealed cavity located at the lower part and fitted with non-return valve and a source of compressed air, at that the cavity is connected to the damping the hollow chamber made of rigid vibration cushioning material and located in the heel, and over the sealed cavity the elastic sealed shell is placed which is filled with silicone fluid, and above it an insole is located, made of a needled material based on silica or aluminoborosilicate fibers, at that a sole material may be used as vibration cushioning material such as elastomer or polyurethane with a degree of porosity in the range of optimal values of 30-45%, and a shape of the damping chamber can be formed as a polyhedral, e.g. a cube, and formed by the bodies of rotation such as a cylinder, a sphere, and the materials of sealed elastic-damping cavity and elastic sealed shell the following materials can be used: elastomers, such as rubber, cast polymer, such as polyurethane, rubber-cord shell, at that the damping chamber in its middle part is rigidly connected to the protective insert made of the elastic material more rigid than the sole, and fulfilling functions of an additional elastic element in vibration-proof system "shoe-man".
