SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dispenser intended for preparation of a warm soluble beverage. The dispenser (400) contains a heating element (100) for warm water, a container (40) for the soluble ingredient, a mixer device (46) for mixing the soluble ingredient from the container with warm water from the heating device and a fitting (49) for the beverage delivery. The heating device contains a closed reservoir completely enclosed by a wall (10) with a lower side formed by the lower part (9), an upper side formed by the upper part (10) and a vertical axial line, a heating element (5), a tube for inlet of water for its delivery through the inlet into the reservoir inner part. In the dispenser there is a tube (15) for outlet of water for its delivery through the outlet hole. The heating element (5) is positioned in the reservoir inner part (8) at a distance from the lower part. The inlet hole (14) in the direction position is positioned under the heating element (5). The outlet hole (16) is positioned over the heating element. The reservoir wall contains an insert installed at the installation place, shaped separately from the other part of the reservoir wall and passing in the direction perpendicular to the reservoir wall. In or more passages of elements such as the temperature sensor (17, 18), the water inlet tube, the heating element and the water outlet tube (15) are installed in the insert.

EFFECT: invention enables maintenance of stable water heating temperature.
