FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, urology, X-ray diagnostics. Data of multispiral computed tomography (MSCT) of patient's abdominal cavity organs and retroperitoneal space with contrasting and displayed on monitor screen. Region of kidney with surrounding perirenal structures under interest is selected and its surface is built by determination of isosurface of the level of density, value of which is registered by leap when transition from kidney parenchyma to its cellular tissue takes place. Building of tumour inside kidney is carried out by marking, pattern of obtained image of kidney with tumour is constructed, type of resection is determined and virtual lines of cut are created. Support reference points are selected on kidney image in zone of interest for their identification during operation. Stereolithigraphic pattern, whose internal surface corresponds to external surface of kidney is formed, opening is cut in it on planned line of resection (PLR). Pattern is overlaid on operated kidney, fixed through the opening, and parenchyma of kidney with tumour is resected within the limits of healthy tissues on PLR.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to mark internal boundaries of tumour node on the surface of kidney with high accuracy and perform resection without risk to form "positive edge of tumour" with reduction of operation time, simplification, reduction of its trauma.
