SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine and describes a chemotherapeutic anti-cancer agent containing a combination of a cholestanol derivative presented by formula (1), wherein G represents GlcNAc-Gal- or GlcNAc-, or its inclusion compound with cyclodextrin, and an anti-cancer agent representing one or more types of agents specified in a group consisting of paclitaxel, docetaxel, cyclophosphamide, Pemetrexed, 5-FU, cisplatin and oxaliplatin.
EFFECT: chemotherapeutic anti-cancer agent has weak side effect and excellent efficacy.
