FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to forging large-size complex-shape automotive parts. Proposed die comprises male die, female die with displaceable ribs, clamp with recesses for displaceable ribs, lifters and parts extractor. Note here that lifters are arranged in slots made in clamp recesses for displaceable ribs while lifter travel depends upon displaceable rib height. Part lifters are downed into clamp slots in forming braking elements by displaceable ribs.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability.
