FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of synthetic diamonds using high-pressure gangs. Locking plate arranged between high-pressure and high-temperature gang rams features trapezoid shape and consists of three layers. One of said layers is made of glass fiber plastic while two other layers are made of metal. Note here that glass fiber plastic layer is arranged between other said two layers.
EFFECT: sandwich structure locking plate allows growing large diamond crystals owing to reliable chamber locking.
